Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground venison
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Mix together until well combined.
  2. Add the ground venison to the marinade and mix until the venison is evenly coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated venison and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
