Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground venison
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Mix together until well combined.
- Add the ground venison to the marinade and mix until the venison is evenly coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
