A hearty and delicious quiche made with diced serrano ham, Swiss cheese, and a creamy custard filling

Ingredients:

  • 1 9-inch pie crust
  • 1 cup diced serrano ham
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sprinkle the ham and cheese evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
