This havarti and spinach quiche is the perfect breakfast dish! Featuring a buttery crust, creamy havarti cheese, and hearty spinach, this recipe is sure to be a hit with the whole family.
Ingredients:
• 4 large eggs
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup shredded Havarti cheese
• 1/2 cup chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 9-inch unbaked pastry crust
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream. Stir in the Havarti cheese, spinach, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the pastry crust into a 9-inch pie plate. Pour the egg mixture into the pastry crust.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, until golden brown and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
