Hazelnut Chocolate Eclair Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup hazelnuts, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, heat the butter, water, and salt over medium heat until the butter is melted. Remove from heat and add in the flour, stirring until the mixture forms a ball.
- Transfer the dough to a medium bowl and beat in the eggs, one at a time, until fully incorporated.
- Spoon the dough onto the baking sheet, forming 8-10 eclair shapes. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- To make the filling, stir together the hazelnuts, sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream in a medium bowl. Set aside.
