Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh oregano
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, Panko bread crumbs, eggs, parsley, oregano, thyme, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place into a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  4. Spread the ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meatloaf reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
  6. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
