Ingredients:
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh oregano
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh thyme
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, Panko bread crumbs, eggs, parsley, oregano, thyme, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place into a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Spread the ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meatloaf reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
