Succulent chicken breast glazed with a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce.
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts on the grill and brush them with the honey mustard glaze.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). While grilling, continue brushing the chicken with the glaze every few minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
