Succulent chicken breast glazed with a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and brush them with the honey mustard glaze.
  4. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). While grilling, continue brushing the chicken with the glaze every few minutes.
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
