This meatloaf is a spicy and cheesy twist on a classic burger. The chopped jalapenos and shredded cheddar cheese add a delicious heat and creaminess to the meat mixture, while the breadcrumbs, milk, and egg help to keep the meatloaf moist and tender. The bacon on top adds a smoky and salty flavor that perfectly complements the jalapenos. Serve with your favorite sides, such as corn on the cob or a side salad.
