Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the pork cubes with the jerk seasoning until well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour to create a roux, cooking for about 1-2 minutes.
