Ingredients:
- 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup of green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup of Kalamata olives, halved
- 1/4 cup of red onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
