This Lemon Garlic Butter Pasta is a creamy, delicious dinner recipe! Using a combination of garlic butter, lemon, and a few other ingredients, this recipe is sure to please. The combination of flavors makes it a delicious, comforting dish that the whole family will enjoy!
Ingredients:
• 8 ounces of linguine
• 3 tablespoons of butter
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons of white wine
• 1/4 cup of heavy cream
• 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
• 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
• Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente.
2. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add the lemon juice and white wine and cook for another minute.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
5. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine.
6. Add the parmesan cheese, oregano, salt and pepper and toss to combine.
7. Serve the pasta in individual bowls and garnish with additional parmesan cheese, if desired.
