This Maple-Dijon Glazed Meatloaf is a delicious and comforting family favorite that is perfect for a weeknight dinner. The tangy glaze and savory flavors make this dish pop and it’s sure to be a hit with everyone.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, oats, onion, green bell pepper, garlic, eggs, ketchup, 1/4 cup maple syrup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, pepper, and salt.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place into the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the remaining 1/4 cup maple syrup and Dijon mustard. Brush the mixture over the meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (75 degrees C).
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
