Ingredients:

  • 500g firm white fish fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (such as oregano, thyme, or parsley)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
