Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 cup diced black olives
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup ketchup
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, feta cheese, olives, onion, bell pepper, eggs, bread crumbs, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
