Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced black olives
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, feta cheese, olives, onion, bell pepper, eggs, bread crumbs, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape, and place it in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Spread the ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
