Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh oregano
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
