Mozzarella, Tomato, and Basil Quiche

Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made, 9-inch deep-dish pie crust
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Spread mozzarella cheese evenly over the bottom of the pre-made pie crust.
- Arrange tomatoes and basil over the cheese.
- Pour egg mixture over the top of the tomatoes and basil.
- Sprinkle the top with olive oil and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center of the quiche is set.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
