This meatloaf is a delicious twist on a classic Mushroom Swiss burger. The chopped onions and mushrooms add a savory flavor to the meat mixture, while the breadcrumbs, milk, and egg help to keep the meatloaf moist and tender. The Swiss cheese on top adds a creamy and nutty flavor that perfectly complements the mushrooms. Serve with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
