Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup lobster, cooked and diced
- 1/2 cup shrimp, cooked and diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup green peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup red peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup red onions, diced
- 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup black olives, diced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix together the lobster, shrimp, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper until well combined.
- Layer the celery, green peppers, red peppers, red onions, cucumber, tomatoes, black olives, and feta cheese in the bottom of a glass bowl.
- Pour the lobster and shrimp mixture over the vegetables and spread evenly.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- When ready to serve, remove the plastic wrap and top with additional diced vegetables and feta cheese, if desired.
- Serve chilled.
