Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup lobster, cooked and diced
  • 1/2 cup shrimp, cooked and diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup green peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup red peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onions, diced
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup black olives, diced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the lobster, shrimp, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper until well combined.
  2. Layer the celery, green peppers, red peppers, red onions, cucumber, tomatoes, black olives, and feta cheese in the bottom of a glass bowl.
  3. Pour the lobster and shrimp mixture over the vegetables and spread evenly.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. When ready to serve, remove the plastic wrap and top with additional diced vegetables and feta cheese, if desired.
  6. Serve chilled.
