Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • Butter and powdered sugar for serving (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and melted butter.
