Quick Butterscotch Quinoa Breakfast Treats

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine cooked quinoa, butterscotch chips, honey, almond flour, almond butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir until ingredients are fully combined.
- Roll mixture into one-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet. Press down lightly to flatten.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
