Quinoa Mac and Cheese (Gluten-Free)

  • 2 cups quinoa, cooked
  • 1/4 cup vegan butter
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup dairy-free milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup vegan cheese, shredded

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the vegan butter over medium heat.
