Recipe: Raspberry and White Chocolate Profiteroles

Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup raspberry jam
- 4 ounces white chocolate, chopped
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and sugar.
- In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine butter and water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and whisk in flour mixture until a soft dough forms.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
- Drop batter by tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
- Let cool completely on wire rack.
- In a medium bowl, combine raspberry jam and white chocolate. Spoon mixture into each cooled profiterole.
