Raspberry-Filled Chocolate Chip Brownies Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan with butter or nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
