These vibrant red cookies are loaded with white chocolate chips and have a hint of cocoa flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon red food coloring
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Stir in the red food coloring and white chocolate chips.
- Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
