Ingredients:

  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen okra, thawed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion, celery, bell pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
