Ingredients:
- 1 lb pulled pork
- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 4 roasted peppers, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. Add pulled pork to the skillet and cook until heated through.
4. In a separate pot, heat milk and shredded cheddar cheese over medium heat, stirring until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
5. Add cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until well combined.
6. Preheat oven to 375°F.
7. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the macaroni and cheese mixture, then top with the pulled pork. Repeat with remaining macaroni and cheese.
8. Sprinkle chopped roasted peppers on top of the mac and cheese and then cover with breadcrumbs.
