Salted Caramel Gooey Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup caramel bits
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Directions:

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
  2. 2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the vanilla, eggs, and caramel bits. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients. Stir in the chocolate chips, pecans, and sea salt.
