Grilled Duck with Hoisin Glaze
This Grilled Duck with Hoisin Glaze is a delicious and easy meal for a summer evening. The sweet and savory hoisin sauce pairs perfectly with the grilled duck breasts, creating a delicious Asian-inspired dinner.
Ingredients:
- 2 duck breasts
- 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Pat the duck breasts dry with a paper towel and season them with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the duck breasts to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until nicely browned.
