Grilled Duck with Hoisin Glaze

This Grilled Duck with Hoisin Glaze is a delicious and easy meal for a summer evening. The sweet and savory hoisin sauce pairs perfectly with the grilled duck breasts, creating a delicious Asian-inspired dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 2 duck breasts
  • 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Pat the duck breasts dry with a paper towel and season them with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the duck breasts to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until nicely browned.
