• 4 chicken breasts, pounded thin
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 1 cup flour
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/2 cup white wine
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1/4 cup chopped parsley
• Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
