Ingredients:
- 1 pound of lean ground beef
- 8 ounces of mushrooms, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup of bread crumbs
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of beef broth
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, mushrooms, garlic, onion, bread crumbs, egg, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
