Shrimp and Spinach Pasta
This delicious and easy shrimp and spinach pasta dish is sure to be a hit at your next dinner party. Made with a blend of shrimp, spinach, garlic, and white wine, this pasta dish is sure to tantalize your taste buds. Serve with a side of crusty bread for a complete meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 8 oz. dried pasta
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package directions.
- Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and shrimp and cook until the shrimp is no longer pink, about 3 minutes.
- Add the white wine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add the spinach and stir until wilted, about 1 minute.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the shrimp and sauce. Stir in the butter.
- Garnish with Parmesan cheese and serve.
