Ingredients:
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Skewers for grilling
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.

- When ready to grill, preheat a gas or charcoal grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the chicken cubes onto the skewers, leaving a bit of space between each cube. Discard the marinade.
