These Slow Cooker Meatballs are easy to make and perfect for a weeknight dinner. Made with ground beef, breadcrumbs, and a variety of herbs and spices, they’re flavorful and delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place the meatballs in a slow cooker and pour your favorite tomato sauce over the top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  5. Serve hot with pasta or on top of a bed of rice.
