These Slow Cooker Meatballs are easy to make and perfect for a weeknight dinner. Made with ground beef, breadcrumbs, and a variety of herbs and spices, they’re flavorful and delicious.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs in a slow cooker and pour your favorite tomato sauce over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Serve hot with pasta or on top of a bed of rice.
