Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Ice (optional)
Instructions:
- Add the avocado, mixed berries, banana, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice if desired for a colder and thicker smoothie.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy!
