Snickers-Topped Brownies

These delicious Snickers-Topped Brownies are the perfect combination of sweet and salty. Rich, fudgy brownies are topped with a layer of gooey caramel and chopped Snickers, making for a decadent treat that is sure to please any sweet tooth.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup chopped Snickers bars

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Meanwhile, make the caramel topping. In a medium saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, light corn syrup, and 1/4 cup butter. Cook over medium heat until it comes to a low boil, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat to low and continue cooking for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Remove the caramel from the heat and stir in the chopped Snickers. Pour the caramel topping over the brownies and spread evenly.
  7. Bake the brownies for an additional 10 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.
