Sour Cream and Mushroom Beef Stroganoff Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hot cooked egg noodles
Directions:
- Season the beef with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook for about 3 minutes or until the beef is browned.
- Add the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.
