Sour Cream and Mushroom Beef Stroganoff Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Hot cooked egg noodles

Directions:

  1. Season the beef with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook for about 3 minutes or until the beef is browned.
