Sriracha-Honey Glazed Meatloaf
This Sriracha-Honey Glazed Meatloaf is a delicious and cozy dinner that is sure to be a hit with the whole family. A combination of ground beef, breadcrumbs, Sriracha and honey creates a flavorful glaze that is sure to be a hit. Serve with your favorite sides for a complete meal.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup Sriracha
- 1/4 cup honey
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and black pepper. Mix with your hands until evenly combined.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Sriracha and honey. Spread the mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meatloaf reaches 165 degrees F.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
