Sriracha-Honey Glazed Meatloaf

This Sriracha-Honey Glazed Meatloaf is a delicious and cozy dinner that is sure to be a hit with the whole family. A combination of ground beef, breadcrumbs, Sriracha and honey creates a flavorful glaze that is sure to be a hit. Serve with your favorite sides for a complete meal.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and black pepper. Mix with your hands until evenly combined.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the Sriracha and honey. Spread the mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meatloaf reaches 165 degrees F.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
