Smoothie Recipe with Avocado

Smoothie Recipe with Avocado: Ingredients: 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted 1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) 1 banana 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice) 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional) Ice (optional) Instructions: Add the avocado, mixed berries, banana, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice if desired for a colder and thicker smoothie. Pour into glasses and enjoy! Note: You can also add other ingredients such as spinach, kale, chia seeds, or protein powder to make your smoothie even more nutritious.
