Teriyaki-Glazed Meatloaf
This Teriyaki-Glazed Meatloaf is a delicious and easy dinner that the whole family will love. It is made with a mixture of ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, garlic, and herbs, and then topped with a sweet and savory teriyaki glaze. Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, garlic, oregano, basil, salt and pepper until evenly mixed.
- Shape the mixture into a 9×5 inch loaf and place in the prepared baking pan.
- In a small bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, honey, and olive oil. Pour the sauce over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meatloaf reaches 160°F.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
