Teriyaki-Glazed Meatloaf

This Teriyaki-Glazed Meatloaf is a delicious and easy dinner that the whole family will love. It is made with a mixture of ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, garlic, and herbs, and then topped with a sweet and savory teriyaki glaze. Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, garlic, oregano, basil, salt and pepper until evenly mixed.
  3. Shape the mixture into a 9×5 inch loaf and place in the prepared baking pan.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, honey, and olive oil. Pour the sauce over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meatloaf reaches 160°F.
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
