Ingredients:
- 1 9-inch pie crust
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
- Layer the tomato slices on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle the chopped basil over the tomatoes.
