This turkey meatloaf recipe is flavorful and moist with a tangy cranberry glaze. Perfect for a family dinner or special occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cranberry Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, celery, cranberries, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and shape into a loaf.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together cranberry sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar to make the glaze.
  5. Pour half of the glaze over the meatloaf and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until fully cooked.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve with the remaining cranberry glaze on top. Enjoy!
