– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 3 cups confectioners’ sugar
– 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line two cupcake pans with cupcake liners.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
