Ingredients:

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 1/2 cup soy or almond-based vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, bell pepper, olives, and green beans.
