Vegan and Gluten-Free Kimchi Fried Rice Patties
These delicious vegan and gluten-free kimchi fried rice patties are the perfect meal for lunch or dinner. Ingredients:
• 2 cups cooked rice
• 1/2 cup kimchi, chopped
• 1/2 cup carrots, grated
• 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
• 1/4 cup vegan cheese, grated
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, kimchi, carrots, bell pepper and vegan cheese. Mix together until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
