Ingredients:

  • 1 package of Vegan Jackfruit Mac and Cheese
  • 1 can of jackfruit, drained and shredded
  • 1 cup of cashews, soaked and drained
  • 1 cup of vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a blender, combine the soaked cashews, vegetable broth, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Cook the Vegan Jackfruit Mac and Cheese according to package instructions and set aside.
  4. In a large skillet, sauté the shredded jackfruit until it starts to brown, then add in the prepared cheese sauce and mix well.
  5. Add the cooked macaroni to the skillet and mix until well coated with the cheese sauce.
