Ingredients:
- 1 package of Vegan Jackfruit Mac and Cheese
- 1 can of jackfruit, drained and shredded
- 1 cup of cashews, soaked and drained
- 1 cup of vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a blender, combine the soaked cashews, vegetable broth, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Cook the Vegan Jackfruit Mac and Cheese according to package instructions and set aside.
