Vegan Macaroni and Cheese with Nutritional Yeast

  • 1 pound macaroni
  • 2 tablespoons vegan butter
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 2 cups vegan milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
