Using Vegan Pulled Pork, Mac, and Cheese with Mushrooms

Ingredients:
– 1 package of vegan pulled pork
– 1 box of mac and cheese
– 1 cup sliced mushrooms
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tbsp minced garlic
– 1/4 cup chopped onion
– 1 tsp dried thyme
– Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
4. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
5. Season with dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
6. In a separate pot, cook mac and cheese according to package instructions.
7. Once mac and cheese is done, mix in the cooked mushroom mixture.
8. In the same pan used for the mushrooms, heat up the vegan pulled pork.
9. Serve the mac and cheese with the heated pulled pork on top.
