Vegan Quinoa and Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
- Combine cooked quinoa, black beans, onion, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Form the mixture into 8 patties and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for about 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
