Venison and Vegetable Curry Stew

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. venison, cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 potatoes, diced

- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon turmeric

- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
Directions:
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
