Venison Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Venison, cooked and shredded
  • 1 lb Fettuccine
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook fettuccine until al dente.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the flour, whisking constantly until combined. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
