Ingredients:

  • 500g venison, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes (adjust according to your spice preference)
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Steamed rice or noodles, for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, and red chili flakes. Set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced venison to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until it starts to brown.
  4. Add the bell peppers, onion, and broccoli to the wok and continue to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Pour the prepared sauce over the venison and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything evenly. Continue to cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro.
